I am
writing in a letter to your company to let you know what
a great job the crew did in my home.
They were very nice and
friendly and very professional and Ray, the crew
leader, was very nice to deal with. He seemed to know
his job very well and was able to answer all of my
questions so that I could understand what it was that
they were doing. I have had my carpets cleaned before
but I have never had my air ducts cleaned and was not
sure what to expect. Bottom line, I couldn't be
happier with the work that was done and I will be using
your company in the future.

I have to admit, I was very leery of the
price that you guys advertised when I got your
ad page in the mail.
I thought that it was too good to be true. But
now that I have had your service, I do now see
that it was a very good deal. The office
explained to me what I could expect and when the
crew came to my home they told me the same
things. I was especially happy with the time
they took to explain everything to me so that I
knew exactly what I was getting. I am
going to have my Dad call you to come do his
home so I will see you there. Thank you very

I am a
retired senior citizen.
I needed someone to come and clean my couches because
when I had it done the last time it had a funny smell to
it when it was finished. It is very hard to find a
company that will do a good job for a good price. I am
on a fixed income and when your company came out they
did a wonderful job and I am very happy. I will
tell all my friends about your company and what a good
price you gave me, and I have many friends. Thank you

I will
say that I had a big problem with the job that was done
when your crew was out cleaning my carpets.
I felt that the guy just didn't do a good job, period.
But when I called to let someone know just how
un-satisfied I was the person that I spoke to on the
phone, Laura, told me about the 30 day, no questions
asked re-service policy that they had. I explained that
I didn't have much faith in the guy that did my carpets
the first time and that he didn't even move my
furniture, she told me that they would have another
crew come out and take care of whatever problems I had.
I have to say that the second crew was very
professional, they did a great job and moved all of my
furniture for me, and I am now very happy with the work
that they did and am especially happy with the young
lady I spoke to when I called. I was very upset and not
easy to deal with and she calmed me down and took care
of us. I will use you guys again and will
recommend you to my friends and family. Thanks again.
